   • You may not use foodi’s logo, branding, or other intellectual property without permission.

4. Account Termination

   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
   • Content that includes arms, violent/terrifying material, politics, racism, tribalism, prejudice, or adult content will be removed and may result in immediate account termination.
   • If your account is terminated, you may lose access to your content and features of the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

   • foodi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
   • We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the platform.

6. Monetization

   foodi may include monetization features such as:

   • Advertisements:

     The platform may display ads from third-party ad networks.

   • In-App Purchases:

     Users may purchase premium features or virtual goods within the platform.

   • Subscription Services:

     Users may opt into a paid subscription for exclusive content or features.

   • Revenue Sharing:

     Creators may be eligible to earn a share of ad revenue based on engagement metrics.
   By using foodi, you acknowledge and agree to the monetization methods employed within the platform.

7. Actions That Can Affect Monetization

   Users should be aware that certain actions may impact their ability to earn or participate in monetization programs on foodi. These include, but are not limited to:

   • Violation of Community Guidelines:

     Content that violates foodi’s policies (e.g., hate speech, nudity, harassment, violent/terrifying content, or political/tribal hate speech) may result in demonetization or removal.

   • Copyright Infringement:

     Uploading copyrighted material without proper authorization may lead to monetization restrictions or account penalties.

   • Engagement Manipulation:

     Using bots, fake accounts, or other fraudulent methods to inflate views, likes, or comments may lead to loss of monetization privileges.

   • Repeated Policy Violations:

     Accounts that frequently violate foodi’s terms may be restricted from monetization or face suspension.

   • Inactivity:

     Monetization features may be disabled for accounts that remain inactive for extended periods.

   • Advertiser-Friendly Content Requirements:

     Certain types of content may not be eligible for ad revenue due to advertiser preferences (e.g., violent, political, or controversial topics).

   • Non-Authentic Content (I):

     Uploading misleading, plagiarized, AI-generated, or low-quality content that does not provide value may result in monetization restrictions or removal from the platform.

   • Non-Authentic Content (II - Categories):

     Uploading content and selecting a category that does not match the content may result in monetization restrictions or removal from the platform.
   Users are encouraged to follow foodi’s guidelines and best practices to maintain their eligibility for monetization.

8. Changes to These Terms

   • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
   • Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new terms.
